Jason came out last fall to evaluate a mini split that had failed. He did a great job explaining my options and what was wrong with the current unit. This spring I decided to have the old mini split replaced by Highroad. Jason and Hunter completed the work and did a great job! They were professional, responsive and all around a great team to work with. From the owner Robin, to Tom in the office, to the techs, they did a great job. Would highly recommend!
I called on Friday and they came out on Monday — fast service for non-emergency AC tune up!
Jason, the technician, was so friendly and knowledgeable. Service took less than 30 minutes!
Randy made it easy to schedule the work on the front end and Jason was very thorough and professional. I learned a lot about how our systems work and how to properly maintain them.
