Robin Johnson, owner of High Road Heating & Cooling, is a passionate advocate for comfort in the heating and cooling industry. One of the few women owners in the field, Robin’s commitment to this work is deeply personal, rooted in memories of uncomfortable temperatures growing up. In her childhood home, air conditioning was a luxury, and winter heating came from an uncontrollable wood-burning stove, leaving her uncomfortably hot year-round. These experiences shaped her belief that everyone deserves a comfortable living environment. Today, Robin channels that passion into helping clients achieve the ideal indoor climate, educating them on how proper heating, cooling, and air quality systems can improve their comfort and well-being.
From humble beginnings in a small storage space and home office in Orono, Minnesota, with just three employees, we’ve expanded our operations and built a thriving business.
